An Business Manager also known as an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager, you are responsible for selling financing programs and
additional products at car dealerships.
The Business Manager is typically
the person that customers see after the salesperson has laid the
groundwork for the deal, so he/she is typically the person who closes the
deal.
Business Managers are required to uphold strict legal and ethical
standards while conducting business.
