Main Purpose of the Role:

Any and all duties required for the efficient and smooth running of the office which include but not limited to:

  • Assist the Property Management Team in the rent and service charge for your own property portfolio together with the preparation of Accounts, Statements and Reconciliation

  • Use Lloydslink to post payments to suppliers

  • Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Maintaining payments to Clients, Suppliers and Contractors

  • Maintaining logical and up to date filing systems

  • Using established computer systems and facilities within the Company, primarily Tramps PMA System and Vebra Live

  • To be familiar with SAGE Accounts to ensure cover as required

  • Taking all card payments via telephone

  • Dealing with all correspondence and communication in accordance with the companies policies and procedures

  • Occasional word processing, letters and correspondence where necessary

  • Updating and maintaining office diaries, calendars, emails, telephones, filing and any other system

  • Maintain good public relations

  • Comply with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as a member or as part of a member firm, as appropriate

  • Work in accordance with the companies Quality Assurance Manual's policies and procedures
