  • Self-assessment tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and property investors (including capital gains computations).

  • Addressing client accounting or taxation queries and helping them put appropriate plans into effect.

  • Supporting upcoming members of the team with VAT and bookkeeping guidance.

 

You must be on Practice papers for ACCA and have experience in preparing VAT returns. You must also prepare accounts for Limited companies and Sole Traders.

  • Preparation of VAT calculations and VAT returns
  • Learning new accounting software packages

You will be given the opportunity to discuss and agree your own personalised development plan to help develop you towards you goals and aspiration. You might like to learn new systems, maybe even aspire to develop a career as a chartered certified accountant or perhaps you’d like to specialise in VAT or training the clients they help.

You must be AAT level 3 - 4 qualified and have experience with Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable. Practice experience would be an advantage, however this isn’t essential.
