We have a vacancy for a Care Supervisor to join our clients' growing team based in Maidstone. Whether you are currently a Care Supervisor looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking company or maybe you’re a Senior Care Assistant looking to progress within your career, we want to hear from you.
For this role you will be required to drive and so will need a Full UK Driving Licence.
Care Supervisor Duties Include:
Creating care plans for new customers
Updating existing care plans
Reviewing customer needs on a regular basis
Supervise and advise Care Assistants in the field
Provide training and ongoing support for Care Assistants
Attend both staff and customer meetings
Liaise with Customers, their Family, Doctors, Nurses and Social Workers where applicable
Take part in the Emergency On-Call schedule
Abide by Care policies and procedures at all times
The successful Care Supervisor will:
Be a confident communicator with a naturally outgoing and positive attitude
Have previous experience within home care
Demonstrate a passion for care in the community and a desire to deliver this at its best
Be professional, hardworking and a team player
Have a full driving licence
Training on systems, care planning and supervision of care staff will be provided.
