​ End of Contract Administrator/ In Life Customer Service Advisers

 Circa 21k DOE – 3 month Temp to perm

Our valued client are one of the UK's largest independent specialists for car and van leasing. Established in 2004, they have now supplied lease vehicles for over 16 years to thousands of satisfied customers across the UK. Their team of friendly, experienced and professional Car Leasing Consultants are there to help their clients with any questions from first enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle.

They are looking for a pro-active,  End of Contract Administrators/ In Life Customer Service Advisers, who can remain calm under peaks of pressure with a can-do, team mentality to work with the team & growing company with the following attributes.

 Main duties of the End of Contract Administrator/ In Life Customer Service Adviser Position will include;

·         Actioning inbound and outbound calls to our funders, dealers and customers.

·         Ensure e-mail/ message queries are responded to within 24 hours SLA.

·         Work through and action daily reports

·         Manage customer orders and be proactive to ensure customers’ expectations are met

·         Work alongside Sales and other business teams to ensure the best customer journey.

·         Maintain a good working relationship with our funders.

·         Check customer documentation.

·         Arranging collections between our customers and finance providers

·         Compliant Handling.

 Experience required by the End of Contract Administrator/ In Life Customer Service Adviser;

·         Experience in a busy, fast paced environment.

·         Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.

·         Previous administration/ customer service/ complaint handling experience.

·         Quick Learner.

·         A high professional level of oral and written communication skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail, whilst working at a fast pace.

·         Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
