The Leasing Consultant- Sale Executive is a Sales based role, the main purpose of the role is to manage incoming customer enquiries/leads - The Leasing Consultant – Sales Executive is there to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry. The role has a direct impact on Sales Team performance and therefore impacts the success of the business.
The ideal Sales Executive for this role would come from a strong B2B, B2C background, maybe Telesales, Estate Agency or Recruitment, and be financially motivated. Other industries considered.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant - Sales Executive;
Customer Relationship Management – Being at the face of the business this role is critical to building a positive first impression for customers. The Leasing Consultant – Sales Executive is responsible for managing customers through their leasing ‘journey’ and ensuring they are supported through the Sales process. Day to day management of Sales lead/enquiries – Respond to new leads and managing existing customers by adhering to Sales process and best practice. Ensuring all systems are updated accordingly and customers are provided with clear information in relation to their enquiry. Performance Measures – Ensuring on track and on top of daily tasks/activities. Ensure right behaviours are adopted in order to achieve success.
