Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 Per Annum
The Lettings Administrator supports the smooth running of the lettings team by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, flexibility and efficient organisation.
Skills and qualifications
Previous lettings experience
Highly organised and independent
Strong customer-service skills and the ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
An ability to work to deadlines
Have a very high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Answering the telephone and helping with enquiries
General office duties including post and invoices
Dealing with maintenance issues
Booking safety certificates
Dealing with landlord and tenants on a day to day basis
