Registering and qualifying new applicants
Matching applicants to suitable properties
Conducting virtual, remote & in person viewings
Creating virtual video tours on rental properties
Liaising with existing tenants to arrange access for viewings
Negotiating offers between prospective tenants and our landlords
Liaising with the administration and property management team
Giving feedback to our clients on the marketing progress of their properties
Conducting right to rent checks
Ensuring prospective tenants proceed through referencing smoothly
Assisting the move in administration team with any tasks they need help with to ensure a smooth move in process for company lets
Some form of sales/Lettings experience strongly preferred. If no industry experience some sales background preferred however we will look at new trainees if you have strong credentials and promise
Ideally have local area knowledge of Clapham, Brixton & surrounding areas
Willingness to work within a team and not as a “lone ranger”

Pride and good ethics are very important to us
Although not required ARLA Property mark 3 will be an added advantage
An excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken is essential
16k to 20K Basic - basic salary depending on experience, OTE £35,000 (year one) £45,000 (year two onwards)
Company car for work and personal use
Office hours 8:15 – 7pm Monday; 8.45 – 7pm Tuesday to Thursday; 8.45 to 6pm Friday; 9.45 – 4pm Saturdays
Two Saturdays on, one off. No day off in lieu for Saturdays worked
