Lettings Negotiator - Experienced Lettings Negotiator also dealing with management , must have previous experience:
23k to circa 40k OTE.
Our valued client is an exceptional boutique property agent that specialises in helping people buy and sell exceptional homes, their properties are in a very lucrative area.
Conducting lettings viewings, booking them and liaising with landlords.
Receiving and processing a tenant’s application including referencing and other checks – the agency uses SmartSearch identification software
Chasing completion of an application and informing all relevant parties of updates
Ensuring all files and the property is correct and ready for check-in 24 hours before
Diary management and conducting check-ins
Complete pre-move in paperwork and after move-in paperwork
Updates daily on software application / viewings / tenant insurance / tenant withdrawn
Landlord updates throughout tenancy including liaising with accounts
Written communication by email and letters
Experience / Qualities Required for the Lettings Negotiator.
·Experience in customer face to face and telephone communication ideally in an active and busy letting agency environment
·Good clear written and oral English
·IT proficient with good keyboard skills. Experience with Alto property software would be a clear advantage.
·Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
·Excellent attention to detail and an organised manner
·The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
·Applicants who have undertaken PropertyMark courses or studying would be welcome
