​Our valued client have been providing a specialist estate and lettings service to their local communities for over a decade.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their award winning and experienced lettings team as a Property Manager.

Your skills as Property Manager will include: 

  • Dealing with general public in a face-to-face customer service role; 

  • Handling to the best of your ability any challenging issues. 

  • An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels

  • Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service

  • Strong organisational skills with particular attention to detail

  • Someone who thrives on a fast paced and high-volume workload

  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation

  • Genuine interest in property and people

Full driving licence is required.

The role will involve out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new Tenants and checking out vacating Tenants so the successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

As a Property Manager, You must have a minimum of 1 year experience.

ARLA qualification would be an advantage however not a necessity. 

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm
