Sales Manager – Specialist Cars Manager – Prestige Cars experience.
£45k + comms (OTE circa £80k, possibility of over exceeding up to £100k)

Established in 2004, they have now supplied lease vehicles for over 16 years to thousands of satisfied customers across the UK. Their team of friendly, experienced and professional Car Leasing Consultants are there to help their clients with any questions from first enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle.
The purpose of the role of Sales Manager-Specialist Cars Manager is to lead the team. This is a new channel within our client. The team will focus in on high end and performance vehicles using a variety of funding methods and will also look after high profile / VIP customers. The role will involve managing a small sales team and developing and driving the channel, developing existing relationship and Identifying new opportunities.
Role of the Sales Manager – Specialist Cars Manager;
Day to day management of the Team – Including dealing with queries, checking and sign off on deals, point of escalation for issues & complaints, managing absence, sickness (and return to work interviews) and holiday requests.
Point of Escalation – Act as clear point of escalation for team. Both internal or external issues. Take ownership of issues, provide support to team.
Monitoring – Day to day monitoring in terms of team opportunities and tasks. Also, general monitoring of office atmosphere, behaviours and conduct.
Complaints – Point of escalation for leasing consultants. Taking ownership of complaints and liaising with Complaints Manager where applicable
Performance – Managing and driving performance of the Sales Team. Ensure leasing consultants are on track and on top of daily tasks/activities. Ensure right behaviours are adopted by team to drive success.
Hitting Team Targets- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure individual and team sales objectives are consistently achieved.
Previous experience in;
Experience working within the prestige sector of the motor industry
Experience leading a busy Sales Team
Proven track record in delivering against sales targets
Experience of Sales processes and systems
Experience working directly with senior leaders/directors
Experience of Compliance (specific to industry)
