Property Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm

Our client, a well established estate agency based in Battersea, is currently searching for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Ensure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in an appropriate time-scale
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Provide management information when required
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Arranging annual gas safety certificates, servicing and general maintenance related enquiries,
  property inspections, renewal tenancy agreements, invoicing and general day to day management

Skills and Experience:

• UK drivers licence
• ARLA preferred but not essential
• Previous experience working within estate agency
• High level of written and spoken English
• Proficient in health and safety
• Willingness to occasionally work outside office hours
