Sales Negotiator

Role: Sales Negotiator

Location: Camden, London

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per annum with realistic OTE of £45,000+ (Additional bonuses and car allowance or car)

Our client is an award winning estate agency based in Camden, they are currently seeking an experienced, money-motivated Sales Negotiator to join their existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

*Hit or exceed agreed income targets
*Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants via extensive contact / property viewings and face-to-face sales
*Updating vendors on their property’s marketing
*Confidently communicating with clients and buyers to negotiate the best possible deals for our clients
*Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market, and available stock listed with the office
*Maintaining strong knowledge of both local area and London area, with respect to public transport, local amenities, shops / restaurants etc.
*Be competent in sales progression
*Achieving performance targets

Requirements:

*Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency.
*Must hold a full UK Drivers Licence
