Role: Sales Manager/ Senior Negotiator – Estate Agency

Location: Epsom, London

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 basic D.O.E with OTE of £50K

We are currently recruiting for a successful, well established estate agency based in Epsom, London, who have a vacancy for an Sales Manager/Senior Negotiator.

The role will involve the day to day running of the office and will likely include various aspects of a senior sales role including:

*Liaising with prospective purchasers and identify their buying and selling needs
*Demonstrate excellent levels of communication with prompt and precise feedback
*Negotiate offers with the due care and attention
*Progress sales by liaising with solicitors and other agents to exchange of contracts
*Conducting market appraisals
*Comply with current legislation
*Cross Selling
