Role: Workshop Controller
Location: Lancaster, Lancashire
Salary: £30K to £33K OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week – Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays AM)
Our client, a Main Car Dealership based in Lancaster, is currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join their Workshop.
*To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
*To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers as part of delivering an exceptional customer experience
*To lead, motivate and develop the workshop ensuring it is achieving the daily objectives
*Ensure robust quality checks, stock maintenance and management, audit and compliance, and Health and Safety in line with company policies and protocols
*Full UK Driving Licence
*At least 3 years Motor Vehicle Technician Experience and at least 2 years Workshop Controller Experience
*Strong communication skills
*The ability to motivate the team
*Achieve and exceed targets and objectives
