Our valued client offers a complete professional service for high quality residential properties in Berkshire, and they are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager.
Specialising in all aspects of Residential Sales, Lettings & Property Management, their offices promote a bespoke service across the property spectrum combining modern techniques with traditional values.
Duties of the Assistant Property Manager – Property Manager will include the following:
* Dealing with tenant queries and maintenance issues
* Collecting rents as they fall due
* Managing and directing our maintenance team
* Carrying out duties in relation to the buildings fire safety policy
* Marketing, lettings and promotion of accommodation
* Arranging renewals for existing tenants
* Conducting viewings for potential tenants
* Liaising with landlords, contractors and residents
* Some administrative duties
