Role: Deputy Manager
Location: Brent Knoll (TA9)
Salary: £18,250 to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Our client, based in Brent Knoll, are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their residential services team.
In a role supporting adults with autism, our clients are looking for individuals who have a passion to work in an organisation that specialises in autism, supporting autistic adults to live the life they choose.
Would suit an experienced Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior Support Worker looking for the next step in their career.
You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families.
You will be providing support and care to autistic adults enabling each individual to live independently, achieve their goals and access activities within the community.
Each individual has a tailored support plan and activity plan which promotes their community involvement and engagement, it is based on their individual support needs and abilities.
As a Deputy Manager you will promote and demonstrate excellence in support and care for the people they support.
As well as supporting the team and assisting the Registered Manager to ensure individuals achieve those Everyday Breakthroughs and compliance to CQC standards are achieved.
Our client needs you to beresilient, supportive and able to motivate a team.
You’ll have a working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills.
You may havea personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people.
You’ll have experience in a senior support worker role, the desire to progress your career,and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, they would love to hear from you.
Your working patternwill be over a seven-day rota with a mixture of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
