Role: Care Coordinator
Location: Redhill (RH1)
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 per annum
Our client, a well established care provider based in Redhill, is looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join their team.
To support the manager in the recruitment and development of Personal Assistants, ensuring all members are focused on delivering exceptional levels of care.
Manage the efficient scheduling of the Senior Carers and Personal Assistants throughout the region.
To maximise customer continuity of PA within their scheduling of staff as well as: Ensure individual packages are scheduled as logistically as possible and provide Personal Assistants with the time to deliver outstanding customer service and comply with legislation. (CQC looking for continuity of carer for outstanding ratings)
Assist the Care Branch Manager in the process of customer liaison; ensuring communication lines are open through Personal Assistants, customers, relevant authorities and management teams.
In conjunction with the Regional Trainer and local in house coaches ensure the Senior Carers and Personal Assistants are trained over and above our statutory obligations as a quality brand.
Ensure individual packages are scheduled as logistically as possible and provide Personal Assistants with the time to deliver outstanding customer service and comply with legislation.
Ensure the relevantly trained Personal Assistant delivers the care required by each customer.
Assist with the delivery of the on call system.
Work in partnership with the Care Branch Manager in the delivery of profitable packages within the company.
Organise and manage schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Manage new referrals efficiently, aiming for a 24 hour turn around.
Actively seek new opportunities of business to ensure the budget and KPI’s are in line with annual requirements.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Good literacy, numeracy and computer skills
Experience within a domiciliary service essential
Driver with access to own vehicle
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential
