Sales Negotiator

Role: Sales Negotiator

Location: London (NW5)

Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 Per Annum, £40,000 to £45,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, day off in the week

Our client, an estate agency based in the NW5 area, is currently looking to employ an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Responding to enquiries via e-mail
Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial and legal services leads, viewings and customer reviews
Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation
Applicant registration follow up
Booking of valuations and carrying out viewings
Gain viewing feedback
Update applicants on new properties
All general administration duties

In order to be considered, you must be:

Hungry, driven and prepared to put in the hard work to develop within this industry.
A competitive individual who is looking to work for one of the market leaders (the leading independent agent) in our clients core area.
Someone who is looking to move into potential management roles
Able to drive with a full clean driving licence.
