Property Manager

Role: Property Manager

Location: London, N15

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum

Our client, a well established estate agency based in N15 area of London, is currently searching for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of properties
Ensure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in an appropriate time-scale
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Provide management information when required
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
Arranging annual gas safety certificates, servicing and general maintenance related enquiries,
property inspections, renewal tenancy agreements, invoicing and general day to day management

Skills and Experience:

UK drivers licence
At least 3 years experience working in a similar role
High level of written and spoken English
Proficient in health and safety
Willingness to occasionally work outside office hours
