Role: Personal Assistant (To Directors)
Location: London Embankment (EC3R)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours of work: 40 per week

They currently own and operate 3 fantastic care homes located in the South-East, with a plan to open a new amazing care facility in October 2019 and have ambitious plans to continue opening 2-3 new care facilities each year for the next 3-5 years.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and pro-active Personal Assistant to join their small (15 people) but amazing head office team. Based in their brand-new offices in London (2 min from Embankment tube station).
As the Personal Assistant to their Executive team of directors, you will handle a wide range of administrative, executive and support related tasks. You will be well organised, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting our Executive team as well as their head office team.
You will be confident interacting with different levels of internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a fast-paced role, offering variety and tight deadlines, so you will have a strong attention to detail and expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Mainly you will provide an executive assistance to their Chief Executive Officer however you will also support 3 of their senior Directors, therefore, they expect that you will have an in-depth understanding of an executive assistant’s main tasks.
They see you as an experienced individual who is able to prioritise, has excellent time management skills – together with high levels of accuracy and proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point programmes.
Provide first class support to Chief Executive Officer and Directors
Planning and organisation of meetings/business events/social engagements, including sourcing of venues and related services and managing delivery in line with allocated budget
Create Board reports for each Board meeting, while adhering to strict time frames
Prepare documentation for meetings and various presentations
Implement actions from meetings
Create newsletters and memos
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
Excellent telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
Proactivity regarding improvement of various office and business information processes
Ability to interpret business information
