Estate Agency Assistant Manager

We are currently recruiting for a well established estate agency based in South London, who have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager at their Twickenham office.

The role will involve assisting with the day to day running of the office and will likely include various aspects of a senior sales role including:

Liaising with prospective purchasers and identify their buying and selling needs
Demonstrate excellent levels of communication with prompt and precise feedback
Negotiate offers with the due care and attention
Progress sales by liaising with solicitors and other agents to exchange of contracts
Conducting market appraisals
Comply with current legislation
Cross Selling
