Our client, a Main Car Dealership based in Eltham, are currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join their Workshop.
As a Workshop Controller your key responsibilities would be:
To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers as part of delivering an exceptional customer experience and be able to encourage additional Sales
To lead, motivate and develop the workshop ensuring it is achieving the daily objectives, and targets are achieved
Ensure robust quality checks, stock maintenance and management, audit and compliance, and Health and Safety in line with company policies and protocols
The requirements for a Workshop Controller are:
At least 3 years Motor Vehicle Technician Experience and at least 2 years workshop controller experience
Full Clean Driver's Licence
Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent
MOT Licence
Kerridge Software knowledge
